To realize all the above, ELECTROPOWER company has installed, implements and continuously improves a Quality Management System compliant to ISO 9001:2008 International Standard. Company management considers that the Quality Management System is an essential tool for enhancing our business position due to the following:

The framework and system for setting and reviewing the Quality objectives and targets is laid in regular System reviews by the Management.

The continuous improvement of quality – specific performance and prevention of issues and non conformance items are conditional upon awareness and persistent control of each individual process and the system as a whole. The method used for process control requires:

  • Explicit determination of responsibilities and tasks for each process and each job position as well.
  • Written documentation of the method of work performance (Procedures, Work instructions, Control directives etc.), where necessary.
  • Continuous control of recognized processes.
  • Keeping record of information that demonstrate the Quality of services provided.
  • Performance of programs for attaining the Quality specific objectives and targets.
  • A process to allow the company to learn from its mistakes; to systematically make sure that such mistakes are not repeated (Corrective Actions) and to continuously improve its operations and to create a framework for error prevention.
